(Obligatory disclaimer: This site asks
its readers a simple question. Is this legal ...
or a fraud?)
Are you wondering why
Larry Ellison is no longer
Chairman of
Oracle Corporation's Board of Directors?
Perhaps the recent release of new details, in an old
lawsuit, might cast some light on an otherwise
carefully obscured situation.
-
See evidence suggesting fraud;
when this firm - Asset Security And Protection,
AKA ASAP - contradicting testimony, swore,
under penalty of perjury - in a lawsuit pursuant to a
February, 1993 unlawful termination, filed against
Oracle Corporation in San Mateo Superior Court, that,
as an employment agency, it had never had any
contact with the plaintiff ... it neglected to inform
the court that it was a private investigation agency
(apparently, unlicensed); perhaps a front for
some sort of criminal activity - industrial espionage,
perhaps? This is just one detail, in a thousand-page
lawsuit, riddled with inconsistencies.
It seems reasonable to ask: is this evidence of
criminal conspiracy?
-
See evidence suggesting forgery;
note that this restraining order - filed against the
same plaintiff, only a few days after he was put on
leave by Oracle, in late January 1993 - was modified
with whiteout to conceal the true date of service
... the judge was covertly changed, from Marla
Elena-James, to the Honorable Lee Baxter, of
San Francisco Superior Court ... and that more than 14
days were allowed to elapse, between service, and
hearing - where restraining orders, as a species
of injunction, are required to be heard within 14
days. That's just one, of nine or so pages describing
what appears to be legal malpractice, engaged
in by one (or more) court officers ... and one (or
more) representatives of a group of (largely
anonymous) women, whom call themselves
W.O.M.A.N., Inc..
It seems reasonable to ask: is this evidence of
criminal conspiracy?
-
See photos of the well-known muscleman,
movie star, and Governor of California - Arnold
Schwarzeneggar - schmoozing with soon-to-be-bankrupt
Raymond Hung ... whose personal wealth is tied to a
dubious bankruptcy, and the retailing of questionable
electronics to the US Government ... and whose company,
Quorum International, is linked, above,
with a company which seems to have engaged in perjury,
pursuant to covering up an existing relationship with
at least a few members of Oracle Corporation's
executive team.
It seems reasonable to ask: how are these three
facts related?
